What if I have a dispute with a seller?
Our dispute resolution process explained.
We have a fair dispute resolution process to protect both buyers and sellers.
**When to Open a Dispute:**
- Item not as described
- Item not received
- Damage during shipping
- Authenticity concerns
Dispute Process: 1. Contact Seller First - Use in-app messaging - Allow 48 hours for response - Document all communication
- Open Formal Dispute - Go to order details - Click "Open Dispute" - Select reason and provide evidence - Upload photos if applicable
- Review Period - Both parties submit evidence - Our team reviews within 3-5 days - Additional information may be requested
- Resolution - Full refund if buyer is right - Payment released if seller is right - Partial refund in some cases
**Evidence to Provide:**
- Photos/videos of item received
- Screenshots of listing
- Communication records
- Grading company verification
**Prevention Tips:**
- Read listings carefully
- Ask questions before buying
- Verify certification numbers
- Check seller ratings
