What if I have a dispute with a seller?

Our dispute resolution process explained.

We have a fair dispute resolution process to protect both buyers and sellers.

**When to Open a Dispute:**

  • Item not as described
  • Item not received
  • Damage during shipping
  • Authenticity concerns

Dispute Process: 1. Contact Seller First - Use in-app messaging - Allow 48 hours for response - Document all communication

  1. Open Formal Dispute - Go to order details - Click "Open Dispute" - Select reason and provide evidence - Upload photos if applicable
  1. Review Period - Both parties submit evidence - Our team reviews within 3-5 days - Additional information may be requested
  1. Resolution - Full refund if buyer is right - Payment released if seller is right - Partial refund in some cases

**Evidence to Provide:**

  • Photos/videos of item received
  • Screenshots of listing
  • Communication records
  • Grading company verification

**Prevention Tips:**

  • Read listings carefully
  • Ask questions before buying
  • Verify certification numbers
  • Check seller ratings
